How long does shipping take?

At TwoLiveCustoms we ship within 2-4 weeks from the time the order is placed

Unless otherwise stated in the product description

Once shipped the order arrives within 2-3business days. Sometimes it takes longer depending on your location and the shipping Provider (USPS).

With orders sometimes there will be a longer delay with USPS, once we have shipped the item out we are at mercy with the carrier. We cannot guarantee the time frame.

A business day is considered every official working day of the week. Another common term is working day. Typically, these are the days between and including Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.

International orders take about 1-2 weeks for the shipment to be delivered once the order has been processed.


How do I track my shipment?

When your order ships you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.


My order is taking longer than expected.. What should I do?

If it has been longer than 4 weeks and you have not received a tracking number please email containing your name, and order number.

Once we ship an item your tracking number will be emailed to you and it is in the mail carriers hands to deliver the product to you. At times the mail carrier can be delayed. If the order is delayed you're more than welcome to give the carrier a call in regards of your shipment.


Will TwoLivecustoms have more designs?

Of course! We are always adding new designs. If you would like to order something that is not currently available please email or message on instagram @twolivecustoms. Also follow us on instagram @twolivecustoms and subscribe to our email newsletter to stay up to date on new products.


I ordered a Women's size, why did I receive a Youth size?

Due to availability we occasionally use the US size conversion chart to fill orders for women's shoe orders. In this case we use a size and a half down. (For example Sz W8, could be filled with a 6.5Y based on availability.)
